My home sustained major damage after a tree fell through my roof during the recent tornado. RenewVations did framing in my garage and attic, replaced my entire roof, repaired walls and ceilings and painted. Russell communicated with me clearly and readily and was a huge help in navigating the insurance process while saving me money and doing high-quality work.

I recently purchased a 1962 bungalow in Oakhurst that was in need of attention in several areas prior to moving in. On the day of my Home inspection, Russ came out to work with me, my realtor and my home inspector to get a game plan together. From there we put our list together and set a date to coordinate all of the work. Russ and Mark were able to set a timeline in the two week window I had to complete HVAC, crawl space, full interior paint, wood work and a laundry list of other items needed. The project management and execution of work by their crews was completed as promised. The attention to detail and care was above and beyond my expectations. I have had extensive experience in working with contractors helping to manage the installed sales division for a big box retailer and Territory Manager for major commercial and residential building product manufacturers. With that being said, I would recommend Renewvations Unlimited for any of your contractor needs. Great job guys!

The carpet in my bedrooms was at least 25 years old and I was desperate to replace it with LVT, but I thought it would be way out of my price range. Then my brother told me about Russ Harpst and the guys at Renewvations Unlimited. The price they gave me was great, but more than that, they came in and got the job done, quickly, professionally, and beautifully. They did such a great job, I've called them back twice since for some smaller jobs (rerouting some things under the house and painting the doors and trim in my house). I am currently saving my pennies for a bathroom remodel, and trust me, I won't call anybody but Renewvations Unlimited. Cannot reccommend highly enough!

On Oct 31st we woke up to a disaster. 2nd floor toilet overflowed all night and destroyed a major part of our home. As with many people in 2020 it was a time when our family was going through our own personal challenges. The water destruction was an additional pile on. The load felt unbearable until we met the amazing team from Renewvations Unlimited. Russ Harpest (Owner) , Mark Heaton (Project Manager) and Brian came to me with personalities that instantly showed their unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, which always produces high quality results. Even while interviewing other companies, I knew that they were the ones for the job.

Renewvations Unlimited was everything that I had hoped that they would be and then some. Mark Heaton, project manager told me from day one that he was going to be "my best friend" during the course of the renovation. Having a best friend to see us through this was exactly what we needed.
The work to restore our home was extensive and quite scary during this time. However, the level of professionalism of the Renewvations team put us at ease. Every person that came through was equally as respectful and professional as the next. My home of 18 years has been restored and made more beautiful than I could ever have imagined.

A roof leak that could not be discovered by other roofing companies threatened to ruin our new, beautifully installed floors. Russ gathered his team and sent them to do an extensive search. They discovered the source and repaired the leak. I can rest knowing that the problem that others couldn't find has been resolved.

Russ Harpest, owner, is an easy to reach, down to earth, ultimate professional. I can't begin to say enough great things about him. As Mark Heaton ( our project manager) promised, we felt like he was out best friend. He returned phone calls, stuck to timelines, listened to concerns and demanded quality and professionalism from his teams. He was an absolute joy to work with and his enthusiasm for the project always bubbled over to us.

I could write a book about how blessed we were to have such an amazing company working to restore our home. The homeowner in me appreciates the skill and care Renewvations Unlimited took in restoring my home to better than before. The teacher in me appreciates how they educated me and took me step by step through each new process. The Realtor in me is grateful to have had such a valuable personal experience with Renewvations Unlimited that I can confidently refer them to clients, family and friends.

Had a pipe burst in my downstairs interior wall. Mark was able to get to work within 72 hours of the incident and 10 days later, not only was my wall fixed but all the old flooring that was ripped out was replaced with more modern equal cost flooring. We also opted to throw in a little cash to change the formal living room to the same new dark wood flooring. The ship lap and dry wall repair was perfect and the paint match was amazing. You would never know anything ever happened. He has multiple sets of people that specialize in different areas of expertise. 1000 sq ft of flooring installed by one crew in 2 days, and the drywall, ship lap and quarter round was installed the following day. Very professional and priced fairly.

Russ and his team were great! They assisted on a full home rehab including: replacing attic insulation, replacing exterior fascia boards, installing a vapor barrier in the crawlspace, some framing work, and installing lvt flooring throughout. I will use Renewvations again on future projects.

RenewVations Unlimited really are unlimited in their potential to save you time and money while they perform high quality work. We have had to completely restore several units and complete small and major jobs in our high rise community and RenewVations always steps up to the challenge.
